Tier 8 was brought on to analyze a Home Care industry organization’s current systems and apps plus provide guidance on what a new build could look like. High level requirements were distilled from speaking with subject matter experts and from a current system review process. Requirements were taken and scored along the following measures:

In addition, each piece of functionality included a high level iteration / effort estimate. The finished report provides the organization with insight into their current systems and will allow them to use an evidence based approach in making their next custom build software decisions.
