Housing’s HOME system had fallen behind and was on Microsoft Dynamics (on-premise) version 8.1.1.1005. This project migrated and upgraded HOME to the cloud onto Microsoft Dynamics 365 version 9.2.22021. Due to the complexities of the system and a large database, this project required a meticulously thought out approach to successfully move HOME into a Model Driven Power App on Dynamics 365. The project team consisted of 8+ team members along with key external project stakeholders from Service Alberta.
